Since I love using leftover meats and such as my protein, today we have some leftover grilled chicken, fried Spam I made for a previous Bento and one of my famous bena cakes that hubby loves so much. I threw in some sliced cucumber from last nights dinner, sliced a radish I got at the Farmers Market this past weekend, added a couple skewers of this great two-toned string cheese and finished off the Bento with some watermelon and cantalioupe balls! Yum. Hope he likes it.
